Easy homemade soup that uses frozen dumplings, egg noodles, and bok choy.
It won’t hurt to have some easy recipes on hand. This Dumpling Noodle Soup is a great way to transform your frozen bag of dumplings. It’s made with fresh green vegetables and a simple homemade broth.
Precooked egg noodles are another option for this dish. This is a delicious, creamy, and easy recipe. It is easy to make the basic broth from pantry staples.
You can make your own dumplings using my Pork & Ginger Dumplings recipe. You can make a lot of dumplings, so you can eat them all at once or freeze them to make soup later.
HOW TO MAKE THIS SOUP
Bring all the ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan.
Stir in the frozen dumplings. Let them simmer for 5 minutes. Cut the bok choy into halves and rinse under cold water. The spring onion and chili can be sliced.
Cook the egg noodles and bok choy for 5 minutes. Tongs are used to transfer the dumplings onto bowls. Next, add the noodles and bokchoy to the pot. Finally, pour the hot broth over the noodles.
Serve with spring onions, fresh chili, and coriander. Serve hot immediately

INGREDIENTS
BROTH
3 crushed garlic cloves
1-inch fresh ginger, grated
Two chicken stock cubes
Two teaspoons of sesame oil
Two teaspoons sugar
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 liters of boiling hot water

16 frozen premade dumplings in your choice of flavor
Two bunches of bok choy
One red chili, sliced
Two spring onions, sliced
400g precooked egg noodles
Fresh coriander (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
Bring all the ingredients to a boil in a large saucepan.
Stir in the frozen dumplings, and let them simmer for five minutes.
Then, cut the bokchoy in half. Rinse under warm water. The spring onion and chili can be sliced.
Cook the noodles for 2 minutes in boiling water.
Tongs are used to place the dumplings in bowls. Next, add the noodles or bok choy and then pour the hot broth over them.
Serve with spring onions, fresh chili, and coriander. Serve hot immediately
